I had read an article in which the mayor, Mickaël Grandin, spoke of Caen – Rennes and Rennes – Caen bus lines which would stop in Guilberville, before the entrance to the carpooling area, explains the Saint-Amandais, Marco Villain. Our grandson, Kellis, 21, lives in Rennes and this would make it easier for him to come and see us. We would also be interested in this mode of transport to go to Rennes.

He got information at the Saint-Lô station and his son, Miguel, got the same information at the Caen station. They exist! They are operated from Monday to Friday by SNCF Nomad coaches. .

Practical: Caen-Rennes. In the morning: departure from Caen at 7:30 a.m.; stop in Guilberville at 8:15 a.m.; arrival in Rennes at 10:20 a.m. In the afternoon: departure from Caen at 4:15 p.m.; stop in Guilberville at 5 p.m.; arrival in Rennes at 7:05 p.m.

Rennes-Caen. In the morning: departure from Rennes at 7:30 a.m.; stop in Guilberville at 9:35 a.m.; arrival in Caen at 10:20 a.m. In the afternoon: departure from Rennes at 4:15 p.m.; stop in Guilberville at 6:20 p.m.; arrival in Caen at 7:05 p.m.

Travelers must have their tickets, on sale at Caen or Saint-Lô station, and be present in Guilberville 15 minutes before the indicated time.
