  3. Mr. Assane MBENGUEholder of a Master II in Business Administration, is appointed General Director of the Dakar Dem Dikk Company, taking the place of “Mr. Ousmane SYLLA”.
  4. Mr. Ndéné MBODJLecturer at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, is appointed Director of the Center for University Works of Dakar (COUD), replacing “Mister Maguette SENE”.
  5. Mr. Ngagne Demba TOUREholder of a Master II in Law and Governance of Energy and Mines, is appointed Director General of the Société des Mines du Senegal (SOMISEN), succeeding “Mr. Ousmane CISSE”.
  6. Mrs. Aminata SARRDoctor of Letters and Human Sciences, is appointed Director General of Société Anonyme Télédiffusion du Sénégal (TDS-SA), replacing “Madame Nafissatou DIOUF”.
  7. Mrs. Ndeye Rokhaya THIAMHolder of a Master II in International Law, is appointed Director General of the Senegalese Chargers Council (COSEC), taking over from “Mr. Abdoulaye DIOP”.
