Under the responsibility of the director, you are administrative and financial responsible for the tourist office in this capacity, you:

Prepare and execute the EPIC budget:

  • Preparation of the establishment’s budgetary documents (preparation, vote, budget models)

  • Execution of expenditure and revenue (commitment and scheduling)

  • Advance manager and revenue manager

  • Interface with the Municipal Treasury

Manage and monitor the establishment’s accounting:

  • Customer invoicing and supplier payment

  • Monitoring of contracts and markets

  • Preparation of tax packages in collaboration with the Accounting Office of the Tourist Office Tax declarations (VAT, payroll tax, CFE-CET)

  • Managing orders for Boutique products

  • Inventory management: annual inventory

Manage:

  • Supervision of the Boutique manager (setting commercial objectives, monitoring results, supervision of orders and stocks, annual manager interview)

Analyze and make financial forecasts:

Implement legal procedures:

  • Administrative monitoring of establishment bodies (management committees)

  • Drafting of deliberations and conventions

  • Drafting of public contracts

  • Help with the decision

Manage Human Resources:

  • Drafting of employment contracts, amendments and monitoring of end-of-contract documents (certificates, paid leave)

  • Monitoring of pay elements with regard to the Agreement (remuneration indices, overtime, mutual insurance)

  • Social declarations and withholding tax

  • Maintaining the Tourist Office staff schedule (leave, recovery)

Contribute to the activity of the Tourist Office:

  • Presence at events and demonstrations in which the Tourist Office participates (professional and general public fairs, Jubilee and other City events)

  • Replacement at the Boutique (sales and reception)

  • Participation in various activities of the Tourist Office (offers for individuals, etc.)

Profile and skills required:

  • Mastery of public accounting M4 and Public Procurement Code

  • Excellent knowledge of current regulations

  • Knowledge of institutions

  • Negotiation ability

  • Writing skills

  • Sense of anticipation and confidentiality

  • Mastery of office tools

  • Team spirit

  • Ability to be versatile

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Availability (work some weekends and public holidays)

Recruitment and working conditions:

  • 38 hours per week (+RTT) from Monday to Friday, as well as certain weekends in season and certain public holidays depending on the activity

  • End of year bonus (13th month)

  • Reimbursement 75% of transport costs

  • Compulsory company health insurance
