38 hires in September 2025

In a logic of relocation of public services, Thomas Cazenave announced the creation of a new call center in Le Mans, this time dedicated to professionals. “A contact center for professionals will open in Le Mans in September 2025, to be able to ask questions by telephone or email. 38 people will be hired here. Too often, I hear people say that we would abandon the territories. This is not the case. We want to ensure the presence of state services. Having someone who answers questions is proximity. I consider the telephone to be a priority”, he explained.

Currently, in Le Mans, the contact center dedicated to individuals processes on average between 400 and 800 calls per day. This increases during the income tax campaign. To contact a tax administration agent, you must dial 0.809.401.401, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
