A second line joins USON Nevers (Pro D2) for the next three seasons

USON Nevers announced this Thursday, May 2, the arrival of second row Ugo Vignolles from next season. The hopeful, current player for Lyon (Top 14), has signed until 2027.

A third recruit was made official this Thursday, May 2 by USON Nevers. After the hooker Efi Ma’afu and the fly-half Tom Deleuze, it is the second row Ugo Vignolles who will join the usonist club from next season. He signed a contract until 2027 (two years as an hopeful + one year as a professional).

Aged 21, Ugo Vignolles (2.04 m and 106 kg) is currently playing with the Lyon Olympic University hopefuls team (Top 14) and training with the pro group. Arriving in the Rhône in 2020 from Montpellier, he played his first professional minutes during the 2021-2022 season in two Challenge Cup matches.

He discovered the Top 14 last season with an express entry (a few seconds) against Castres on the tenth day. He has had more playing time this season with three appearances in the Champions Cup (including one start) and two in the league.
