The City of Montpellier and its metropolis are strongly committed to the development and support of women’s sports.

They support both high-level women’s clubs (MHSC, BLMA, MHR, Women’s Tennis Open, HBF3M) and amateur sport for all.

The allocation of land and slots reserved for training and meetings of sportswomen, the deployment of changing rooms dedicated to women on existing sports facilities (as well as for female staff in swimming pools), in particular, has become a real constituent in the projects rehabilitation or creation of sports facilities in the Montpellier region.
