The Toronto Police Service contacted Charlottetown police last week asking for assistance with information they had received about Bebee’s possible presence on the island.
Bebee, who recently topped Bolo’s 25 Most Wanted list, was wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Toronto on July 23, 2023.
A $100,000 reward was offered for information leading to Mr. Bebee’s arrest.
The Bolo Program (which means Be On The Lookout) is intended to be “an unprecedented initiative that leverages social media, technology and new types of engagement to encourage citizens like you to keep their eyes peeled for Canada’s most wanted suspects.”

All Boivin
We recently learned that the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) was releasing the portrait and profile of Quebecer All Boivin, wanted in particular for several offenses linked to drug trafficking. We are offering $100,000 to anyone with information that could lead to their arrest.
“Do not attempt to apprehend Boivin yourself. He could be armed and dangerous. Anyone who assists Boivin in his escape could be considered an accomplice and face charges,” states the description of the 34-year-old fugitive.
Cody Casey
A certain Cody Casey, who is allegedly responsible for crimes related to drug and firearms trafficking, is also actively sought. We want to apprehend it, among other things, for the production of large quantities of fentanyl.
Casey could be in the United States, and a sum of $100,000 or $75,000 US is also being offered to find him.
Youcef Bouras
Note that Youcef Bouras, who is wanted by the Longueuil Agglomeration Police Service (SPAL) under a Canada-wide arrest warrant for murder, is also among the list of suspects.
