A subsidiary of the transport organizer and logistician of Danish origin, DSV Road of Rouen has just acquired a new agency, spread over an area of 4,600 m² in Eslettes, a few km north of Rouen. The transport and logistics service provider has sealed a second collaboration with Argan, owner of the head office of its French subsidiary based in Gennevilliers, with a lease for a period of 9 years.
Located in a strategic location, close to several main roads (N31 and N154) and motorways (A15, A13 and A28), this new agency will allow DSV Road to improve its services for its Normandy, national and international customers.
Committed to a sustainable development approach, the structure decided to integrate into its construction a photovoltaic power plant on the roof, connected to storage batteries. Electric heat pumps were also installed to ensure heating and cooling of the site.
A Breeam Very Good certified building
Certified Breeam Very Good via the manufacturer, the new agency, whose architecture was entrusted to the A26 firm, an expert in the creation of innovative and practical spaces, is labeled Auto0 warehouse name “Zero Carbon in use”.
During the construction of the new agency, several criteria were taken into account, such as the use of energy and sustainable materials, water and waste management, reduction of CO2 emissions and improvement indoor air quality.
