Located just 24 minutes south of Rennes and 40 minutes north of Nantes, the complex benefits from a catchment area of 170,000 inhabitants. It fits perfectly into a region experiencing rapid population growth, particularly with the addition of another 300 homes planned within two years. The result of a collaboration between FREY and DACAR (Cardinal ), this “shared” investment of 16 million euros is positioned as one of the last commercial projects in , before the entry into force of the new regulations of the Climate Law.

The center houses 20 stores and more than 150 employees. Among the brands present, we find names like Mr.Bricolage, 2000, and Gémo, as well as restaurants like All Pizza and Pasta Buffet and Subway. The site also integrates art into its architecture with frescoes created by local artists, including works by Misst1guett which adorn several facades.

In one month, the place attracted visitors and employees. “By opening here, the flow of customers is constant thanks to the strategic location and the attractiveness of the center,” assures one of the traders. “The configuration and leisure spaces attract a diverse clientele, which is perfect for a business like ours. I am very optimistic for the future! » Same satisfaction from a walker. “There are areas to rest and games for children. I particularly appreciate the artistic frescoes. Each visit is an experience for running errands or just spending time shopping. This is a great success for Bain de Bretagne. »

Since its opening, the activity has offered continuous activities to enrich visitors’ experiences. On the day of the inauguration, makeup workshops and the distribution of cotton candy welcomed the first customers. David Cardinal, co-promoter of the project, is already looking to the future.
