The main actions of the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion in Calvados
The State acts for our territories and in particular in Calvados with the implementation of different programs:
VILLAGES OF THE FUTURElaunched in 2024, this program supports rural municipalities with less than 3,500 inhabitants in technical and financial engineering for the realization of their territorial projects.
15 towns are concerned: Annebault, Blangy-le-Château, Bonnebosq, Bucéels, Cahagnes, Cesny-les-Sources, Clécy, Goustranville, Grainville-Langannerie, Landelles-et-Coupigny, Saint-Gatien-des-Bois, Saint-Paul -du-Vernay, Saint-Rémy, Sommervieu, Val d’Arry.
SMALL TOWNS OF TOMORROWlaunched in 2020 to strengthen the resources of elected officials in small towns of less than 20,000 inhabitants to improve the quality of life of residents (financial and engineering support).
37 towns are concerned: Balleroy-sur-Drôme, Bayeux, Bretteville-sur-Laize, Cambremer, Caumont-sur-Aure, Condé-en-Normandie, Courseulles-sur-Mer, Creully sur Seulles, Dives-
sur-Mer, Douvres-la-Délivrande, Dozulé, Falaise, Grandcamp-Maisy, Honfleur, Isigny-sur-Mer, Le Molay-Littry, Les Monts d’Aunay, Livarot-Pays-d’Auge, Luc-
sur-Mer, Mézidon Vallée d’Auge, Noues de Sienne, Orbec, Ouistreham, Pont-d’Ouilly, Pont-l’Évêque, Port-en-Bessin-Huppain, Potigny, Saint-Pierre-en-Auge, Souleuvre en Bocage, Thue et Mue, Thury-Harcourt-le-Hom, Tilly-sur-Seulles, Trévières, Valdallière, Villers-Bocage, Villers-sur-Mer, Évrecy.
France SERVICES, launched in 2021, it is a network which brings public services closer to users and illustrates the return of the State to the heart of the territories. A France services space is located less than 20 minutes from every French person.

TERRITORIAL FACTORIESlaunched in 2020, Encourages the creation of third places, service platforms, in socio-economically disadvantaged areas.
4 cities concerned: Caen, Colombelles, Creully sur Seulles, Saint-Pierre-Azif.
LOCAL MANUFACTURINGlaunched in 2021, are places for sharing production tools and techniques (workshops, fablab, etc.), local factories make it possible to breathe new economic and social dynamics into our territories.
2 towns concerned: Carpiquet, Commes.
INDUSTRY TERRITORIES, launched in 2018, is a strategy of industrial reconquest by and for the territories. The program aims to provide, in and through the territories, concrete responses to the challenges of supporting the industry.
Territories concerned: CA Lisieux Normandie, CC Intercom de la Vire au Noireau, CU Caen la Mer
CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT, launched in 2018, it provides tailor-made and personalized support at the municipal or intercommunal level for large-scale and complex projects. The support is multiple: commercial revitalization, economic development, access to public services.
5 towns concerned: Cahagnes, Courseulles-sur-Mer, Lisieux, Mutrécy, Port-en-Bessin-Huppain, Tracy-sur-Mer, Vire.
