As part of the hearings on the agricultural orientation bill, David Taupiac responded favorably to the invitation from the Terre de Liens association extended to the parliamentarians of Occitanie for a visit to the Arbolèts farm in Montegut in the company of Mayor Jérôme Samalens.
An inspiring meeting with the Collectif Fermier des Arbolèts bringing together 4 farms: a sheep and goat farm with a cheese dairy, a black Gascon pig farm, two market gardeners and a plant-based drinks production workshop.
Everyone was able to present their professional background and agricultural installation, as well as the experience of their first years of agricultural activity in order to launch a debate on installation, land, transmission and discuss more generally on the bill . It is a place for sharing moments of conviviality, mutual aid, pooling equipment and where events open to all are organized from time to time.
