The forty-seven agents of the hospital public serviceworking at the EPSMS (Public Social and Medico-Social Establishment) Vallée du Loch in Grand-Champ are angry. And they make it known. Because they are always excluded from a measure of salary increase which had been included in the Ségur agreements.

A first corrected shot

As a reminder, after the pandemic Covidthe Ségur agreements included a salary increase measure for nursing staff, through the implementation of the Index Treatment Supplement (CTI). At the time, the amount of this revaluation amounted to €183; today it is €192 net per month.

“During these agreements, the Government deliberately chose to denigrate the disability by excluding these employees from this salary increase, explains Anne-Laure Perraud, CGT general secretary. Last June, agreements were finally reached to rectify this injustice in the private sector. »

The “forgotten” members of the system

The CTI for all was then granted to the private non-profit sector. “We are delighted for them, but what about the agents still excluded within the Hospital Civil Service? »

How long will this handful of Hospital Civil Service agents continue to endure this injustice?

At the EPSMS of Grand-Champ, 47 agents out of 279 do not receive this supplement. Thanks to the demandsmany professions were able to benefit from this primebut not all.

Administrative service agents, cooks, technical service, laundry agents, housekeepers, or even hospital service agents are always “the forgotten ones of the system”. These are mainly category C employees, therefore with the lowest salaries.

“The CGT continues to fight for these excluded agents in a completely unjustified manner. We are immediately demanding CTI for everyone in the hospital public service. It is imperative to correct this error which is costly for agents and establishments, who have difficulty recruiting with this salary gap,” concludes the union representative.
