A hearing that had been postponed. This Thursday, September 26, 2024, the trial for sexual violence must be held before the Paris court by actor and director Nicolas Bedos. He must appear for a sexual assault committed in a nightclub, and sexual harassment committed against a second woman.

Assault and harassment

The first case dates back 18 months. On the night of May 11 to 12, 2023, the director of The Belle Epoque would have sexually assaulted a young woman in a nightclub Parisian. The defendant was intoxicated at the time of the incident. The second case is sexual harassment allegedly committed by Nicolas Bedos against another young woman in June 2018. In both cases, the victims did not file a complaint.

Two other cases dismissed

Two other women had also denounced other facts concerning the director. The latter allegedly raped a woman in the family home when he was 18 years old. The second facts concern an attempt to kiss a friend on the mouth in 2016. These cases were dismissed by the prosecution.
