Missing since Friday
The young woman is said to have multiple injuries. The investigation into voluntary homicide, entrusted to the criminal brigade, has not yet resulted in any arrests, adds the public prosecutor. The tragedy dates back to Friday. Philippine is having lunch at the student canteen of Paris Dauphine University, a prestigious school specializing in organizational and decision-making sciences. The establishment is located a stone’s throw from the Bois de Boulogne.
According to the wanted poster, she was last seen at 2 p.m. And then? Nothing. The young woman was supposed to go to her parents’ house in Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Yvelines) that afternoon. When her relatives didn’t see her arrive, they obviously tried to call her. She didn’t pick up.

The worry quickly mounts. It is not at all in the student’s habits not to give news. That same evening, around 11 p.m., a relative of Philippine goes to the police station in the 16th arrondissement. Less than an hour later, about 20 m from where the device was discovered, behind a mound, police officers made out abnormal shapes. It was Philippine’s body, largely buried. A security perimeter was set up. For part of the evening, investigators and the scientific experts tried to collect as many clues as possible on site.
