Abel (Jean-Désiré Augnet) is a delivery man for Enjoy!, a home meal delivery app. He is also a brilliant student, waiting to land the internship of his dreams. To help his mother, with whom he lives, pay the bills, he combines studies, tutoring and a small delivery job. In short, he runs (or rather pedals) after time all day long.
Yass (Camille Moutawakil) is an intern at a 24-hour news channel with a reactionary editorial line. In the hope of landing a permanent contract, she’s ready to do anything. When her boss, clearly inspired by Pascal Praud, asks her to create a buzz at all costs to boost ratings, she finds a video on social media in which a young man is beaten by a black delivery man and makes it the subject of the show. clash in the evening.
This injured young man, then invited to speak on the live set, is Igor (Baptiste Carrion Weiss). An ambitious young lawyer who dreams of defending great causes. Stung during the exchange with the presenter of the show, played by a delicious Bruno Salomone, Igor will in turn create a buzz on social networks, and take a liking to this microphone that is so easily handed to him…
A series rich in societal themes
The destinies of these three young people will gradually cross and shatter all their respective ideals. As all three enter adulthood and the world of work, they will face various injustices that will shake them up and bind them. In the background of this extremely rich series: racism, sexism, exploitation and the precariousness of delivery people or even the excesses of television and social networks.

Created by Benoît Marchisio and Katell Guillou, Enjoy! is adapted from the book by Benoît Marchisio All accomplices!. “One day, on the street, I saw four delivery men with different bags. I had the impression that they had appeared overnight.”explained Benoît Marchisio during the series press conference. “I became interested in their conditions. At the same time, I noticed the race of news channels after the buzz on social networks, and vice versa. I quickly understood that we were all complicit in this situation.”
Originally, Enjoy! was even supposed to be a thriller. A frantic race against time, which is perfectly transcribed on screen thanks to Jean-Désiré Augnet’s bike that never stops. “These characters are all at the mercy of an invisible boss. They then fall into a time vortex in which they forget their goals and principles.”continues the creator.
Rewarded with the prize for best screenplay and that of young talent Adami for Jean-Désiré Augnet at the last La Rochelle Fiction Festival, Enjoy! also questions the limits of ambition among young adults. Above all, the series manages with subtlety, and without ever falling into a moralizing tone, to show that we are all actors in what happens in society and that we can decide to change things and unite for a better world.
A success for these first six 40-minute episodes, which leave an open ending and give hope for a sequel soon. An ambition that France Télévisions does not deny for the moment…
