Seasonal products and advice, Laurent Mariotte and his bon vivants are here for the seventh season of La table des Bons vivants! A show to help you eat well and understand what you eat.

This week, Laurent Mariotte is surrounded by storyteller Jean-Luc Petitrenaud and bistro chef Yves Camdeborde. What is your taste of the week? This is the ritual question asked by Laurent Mariotte. It could be a flavor that marked their week, a restaurant that caught their eye, a dish that they cooked or that was concocted for them. The opportunity to discover new tastes or new addresses, favorites but also, for them, to have a rant.

For this third show of the season, Jean-Luc Petitrenaud tells us that he is taking a tour of Auvergne. In the heart of Cantal, in Tournemire, he sat down at La petite grange. A great gourmet address… where you can taste crab, aligot, truffade with a beautiful fillet of beef.

For his part, Yves Camdeborde tells us about L’Auberge Sauvage, in Servon in . It is a former presbytery transformed into a restaurant, with a refined and distinctive cuisine.

And Laurent Mariotte loves to find the Muscat du Ventoux every year at this time of year. This grape is a real treat. A real treat!
