The band announced on X on Wednesday that they would not be playing any festivals next year. The British group are focusing on their tour.

Already the end of a hypothetical suspense. Despite the idea launched by Paléo to invite Oasis to the Asse plain now that the Gallagher brothers have reconciled, the group indicated on Wednesday on X that it would not play on any festival stage next year.

On the other hand, the Gallagher brothers announced this Thursday morning three new dates for their “world” tour which is limited, for the moment, to Great Britain and Ireland. They will play an additional concert in Manchester, London and Edinburgh. Tickets will go on sale from Saturday.

As a reminder, Oasis had already toured Nyon in 2000, but the group left the Paléo stage after only a few songs. The site “Cult Plans” has also found the playlist that the kings of Britpop should have performed that July evening. Missing from the list were the hits “Stand By Me”, “Wonderwall”, “Cigarettes & Alcohol” and “Live Forever”.
