It is a small team of around twenty musicians who make up the bagad Spered an Avel at Plouha (Côtes-d’Armor). Installed in new premises, The three desks recruit all year round and will live two major events in 2025.
In 2024, the Bagad Spered an Avel (Wind Spirit) participated for the first time in the Festival of the Weaver of Quintin, where it will still be on August 3. He was also registered in the 5th category departmental competition.
But for 2025, no competition is scheduled.
Song of Marin 2025: On stage with Carlos Nunez
The musicians will have to prepare for their performance at the festival of sailor songon August 8, 9 and 10, 2025: they will be on Paimpol quays for two days, and they will share also the big sceneFriday afternoon, with Carlos Nunez.
We have already played with him twice in Buguéles and at the Marin’s song festival, we also shared the big scene of the festival with the bottom of the hold.
A great experience for musicians who will therefore play, once again, in front of thousands of people, but “you have to be well prepared and it takes time”.
The bagadoù from 22 in Plouha
Especially since before that, the Sunday June 8, 2025, the fédération Bodadeg Ar Sonerion 22, which brings together Costarmoricans bagadoù, will celebrate its 40 years in Plouha.
We will receive the 5th category competition and all the bagadoù of the department will be present, it will be a beautiful showcase.
Dedicated and friendly premises
After complicated years, to repeat in little appropriate places (the dojo changing rooms, the college biology room, etc.), the bagad has just joined the new youth and rurality house.
A LARGE rehearsal space entirely soundproofed He is dedicated.
It includes a large room, two smaller glass rooms, and a storage room of the equipment (dispatched in various places before).
Here, we are really good. Two desks can repeat at the same time on Saturday, which means that we meet more often. This room facilitates exchanges and strengthens the group’s cohesion, this year we were able to organize a Christmas snack this year and we will soon find ourselves around a pancake.
Animate local festivities
Created in 1996, The Bagad Spered An Avel has had a good level since it has evolved Until 3e categorya few years ago.
Then he knew departures, a drop in staff.
We no longer have the same claim today, but we are known in the region and we are often asked for festivities.
