“The girls (his sisters Brandi, Miley and Noah) and I have been really worried about you for years, but you pushed us all away,” he wrote in this touching missive, published on his Instagram account, Wednesday evening.
Invited by President Donald Trump to participate in the festivities surrounding his swearing in, the 63-year-old singer covered himself with shame. Plagued by technical problems, his time on stage was marked by his calls for help to technicians and his monotonous, bordering on incoherent singing.

The interpreter of success Achy Breaky Heart was immediately the target of mockery on social networks. “It’s horrible,” wrote one user, talking about his performance.
“She deserves better”
It seems to be the straw that broke the camel’s back for his son. “You’re not in good health, Dad, and everyone notices it.”
“For as long as I can remember,” he also told her, “I’ve always been obsessed with you and thought you were the coolest person ever. I wanted to be like you. The day I was adopted was the happiest day of my life. Sadly, today I barely recognize the man I desperately wanted to be like.”
-Trace Cyrus also revealed that her sister Noah was having difficulty living away from her father. “She desperately wanted you to be in her life and you weren’t even there for her. It’s your baby. She deserves better.”

In his letter, Trace Cyrus mentions that he has an idea why Billy Ray Cyrus is behaving so erratically.
“We haven’t spoken in a long time, but I’ve been sober for a year and a half. (…) I don’t know exactly what you’re struggling with, but I have a good idea and I’d love to help you if you open up and get help.”
