Stars Europe – technical service provider for live shows and events (sound, light, video) based in Briare – has just acquired Europ Groupe, a company located in Saint-Jean-de-Braye, specializing in the fields of sound, image, light, video and stands for events.
“Europ Groupe, in preparing its transition, finds in Stars Europe an ideal partner to ensure the sustainability of its activities, while exploring new opportunities. For its part, Stars Europe confirms its ambition to become a key player in the Centre-Val region. de Loire”, indicates Stars Europe in its press release.
A 5,000 square meter platform
The team will now be made up of nearly 30 permanent employees and more than 350 technicians mobilized throughout the year.
“Together, the two entities encompass a logistics platform of more than 5,000 square meters, have an annual turnover of 5.5 million euros and carry out nearly 800 services per year,” specifies the press release.
Responsible approach
With this acquisition, Stars Europe wants to go further in its responsible approach, especially as the company aims to obtain ISO 20121 certification by the end of 2026. Both structures are labeled Prestadd for their practices in of social responsibility (CSR).

Agathe Limoge, associate general director
Nils Limoge has been the CEO of Stars Europe since November 2021, when he took over from his father, Bruno Limoge. His wife, Agathe Limoge, becomes associate general director of Europ Groupe.
