Biography Festival in Nîmes: when writing meets adventure

In Nîmes, the Biography Festival invites writers, actors and singers to share their stories, those of their loved ones or those of great figures. For its part, Limoux is launching its carnival, the longest in the world, while Montbrison hosts the Poly’sons Festival with various shows, including the arrival of Catherine Ringer.

In Nîmes, the Biography Festival invites you on a literary and intimate journey. As co-organizer Christian Giraud points out, “the aim of this festival is to make the child want to come and listen and meet people until they retire. We have concerts, we have workshops for children, since we also have a children’s section, with authors who go to schools to explain what writing is, writing about oneself, writing about someone. It’s interactivity and asking questions.» This year’s theme, “Memories of adventurers», promises great stories throughout this weekend at the Carré d’.

In Aude, in Limoux, an extraordinary carnival begins. With its three months of festivities, it is considered the longest in the world.
