The 12th edition of the Film Meetings is getting underway. The Regent invites you to its major annual meeting of all artistic expressions from January 23 to 26.

For four days, the Le Régent cinema will buzz with conversations and exchanges, comments and recommendations, the 29 films in the 2025 program address the themes of painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, outsider art, ceramics, music, cinema, art history, architecture, folklore, poetry, publishing, dance, performance.

To discuss, the approximately 7,000 spectators in four days have the Grand Corridor of all the passages which also houses the exhibition of Roger Arpajou’s set photos entitled “Le cinéma furtivement” and especially have the dining rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor where you can have a drink or a coffee, have a bite to eat and take a break between two films.

Four of the Regent’s seven rooms are devoted to Meetings, the films are shown from 10 a.m. until the evening.

In the evening, let’s talk about it. From 8 p.m., room 1 welcomes its guest for a Meeting.

Young audience

Young audiences also have dedicated events on Saturday and Sunday at 10 and 11 a.m., Macpat, the singing cat for children aged 3 and up, a film for musical ears and Hola Frida for those over eight, the Revisited story of Frida Kahlo. Each session is followed by a workshop where the children are the artists!

Finally, let us point out that for four days, a DVD bookstore area is on site thanks to the L’Indépendante bookstore which is setting up its stand in the Grand Corridor and that the catering area is open non-stop.
