Death of Bruno Brel, nephew of Jacques and resident of Lomprez (Wellin)

We learned this Sunday of the death of Bruno Brel, nephew of Jacques Brel, which occurred on Saturday January 18, in Lomprez (Wellin), where the man had settled in 2021.

Bruno Brel was 73 years old. He was a songwriter, singer and writer. He had also taken over part of his uncle’s track record but wanted to be seen as “Bruno 1” and not “Brel 2”. For the record, he was also a motorcycle champion in Canada.
