Friday January 10, 2025, Jacky Chauveaumayor of Bouère (Mayenne) presented his wishes to his fellow citizens.

First of all, the takeover of the restaurant by Nicolas Retif will take effect on February 2, 2025 with opening from Tuesday to Friday, Sunday lunchtime and Saturday evening. The manager present at the greeting ceremony recalls the new name of the restaurant “To a kitchen tune”.

Installation of a car garage

The MAM was replaced by a micro-crèche “Tartine and Company” since September 2024 and to meet standards, an expansion project is planned for 2025. Subsidy applications have been requested.

The mayor recalls that in 2025 the municipality will acquire land for the future creation of a subdivisionlime kilns path.

Another ongoing project, installing a car garage In the last quarter, the community of municipalities will build a relay workshop in the Poteau area.

An agrivoltaic project on track

The electronic panel at the bakery will be replaced and financed by the community of municipalities.

And pedestrian path will see the light of day from Martinière aux vignes in order to reach the pedestrian path and the hamlet in complete safety. A heritage and tourist trail will also be created in the village.

At the nursery school, the roof will be redone. A 3 x 3 basketball court will be carried out at the water level thanks to national sports funds during the financing of the Olympic Games.

A building permit has been filed for an agrivoltaic project at a place called “Bel Air” on approximately 12 ha.

Four homes from Mayenne Habitat

The mayor hopes that in 2025, the four homes of Mayenne Habitat will see the laying of the first stone and that the commercial premises will find buyers in the small center which is just waiting to develop, spacious premises ideal for small businesses or liberal professions.

Jacky Chauveau concludes by recalling that “Bouère is a dynamic village where it is necessary to continue to support your merchants, to enroll your children in rural school and to participate in activities.”
