Six new selections validated their ticket for the main round of the World Handball Championship on Friday, including the Netherlands and Hungary, who will be placed in the group of France and Austria. Germany, Portugal, Egypt and Croatia also qualified, as did Denmark and Italy the day before in addition to the French and Austrians.
