Saint-Projet. The kings drawn at the Héritage Constant and two youngsters competing for the 4L Trophy

Sunday January 12, the Constant family invited everyone who wanted to, neighbors, friends and families, to celebrate the new year by pulling the kings. As for the atmosphere, there’s no need to elaborate, with Stéphane Constant, better known under the nickname DJ Fanou the crowd agitator, it’s always the max, positive, cheerful and laughter. The welcome is always extraordinary, Henry, the dean, knows what it means to receive, the whole family contributes to fueling the brazier in the center of the small village, busy with the stove and serving. For entertaining they have no equal: canapes of salted butter sprinkled with fresh truffle, fruit juice or homemade ratafia. Then a hearty meal was served as desired.

So this day was dedicated to getting together, the president of the Lions Club Gourdonnais, Sylvaine Lang, confirmed the Salon Vins et terroirs 2025 in the magnificent buildings of the Héritage Constant.

And then, two young people from Saint-Projet were present, Nathan Léandre and Enjalbert Constant; they announced their participation in the 4L Trophy. The biggest rally in the world for under-28s will be in its 29th edition, from February 19 to March 3. Nathan and Enjalbert have been busy since last July organizing, checking the mechanics of their white, pink-striped 4L, the essential equipment, and stocking up on school and sports supplies to offer to the young people of the Moroccan population. They leave by ferry for Marrakech in Morocco. From there they will have to find the shortest route to cover the approximately 6,500 km of roads and dunes in ten days.

“The charitable side attracted us, we’ve wanted it for a long time, this time it’s the right one, they confide. And then knowing and learning about this great Moroccan civilization, but also their fantastic landscapes, and of course the “Sporting effort, experiencing a superb adventure and taking up a challenge, form a whole which encouraged us to participate.”

Of course, sponsors have supported them, but they are still looking for help. If you also want to support these two young people to achieve a great feat, call Enjalbert on 07 86 07 09 37 or Nathan on 06 07 25 20 09.
