A new head of the Culture Department

Cultural delegate since 2023, Mélanie Rouiller takes over as head of the Culture Department of the City of Bulle. She succeeds Serge Rossier, who will now devote himself entirely to his role as director of the Gruérien Museum, and to the latter’s expansion project.
