Still incarcerated in Brooklyn prison, P. Diddy is the target of a new rape complaint. Facts which allegedly took place in 2000 when the complainant was 16 years old.
A new file to add to the pile of complaints filed against P. Diddy this past year. Monday January 13, an anonymous woman aged around forty filed a complaint against the rapper already being sued by more than 40 people for “rape”. Facts which allegedly occurred in 2000, when she was 16 years old.
The complaint, consulted and revealed by “Rolling Stone”, details the course of this evening where the teenager was allegedly targeted by the rapper as she returned from her job as a babysitter. A 16-year-old high school student, she would have crossed paths with P. Diddy in front of the building where she worked – he would have been in the area because “in relation to a known woman who lived in the residence”. The producer then allegedly offered to drop her off at home on the pretext that “it is not healthy for a young woman to come home alone this late”.

After refusing twice, the teenager finally agreed to board the SUV, driven by an unknown man (another passenger was present, he too is not named in the complaint). “Getting into that car remains the plaintiff’s biggest regret to this day,” the complaint states. “During the journey, the complainant became concerned when they did not head towards her home as promised. The accused then gives her a drink ‘to calm her down’. She quickly feels weak and unstable. »

The trio of men lead her to another place “where Sean Combs [vrai nom de P. Diddy, NDLR.] rapes her.” She is then dropped off at home by the same driver. While the complaint comes more than twenty years after the events, P. Diddy’s defense believes that “anyone can file a complaint for anything”: “No matter how many prosecutions are initiated, it will not change anything fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – man or woman, adult or minor. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process that will find the truth. »
