A shock duel is coming on M6. Tuesday January 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., two recognized bakeries from the Pyrénées-Orientales will compete in the famous show The Best Bakery in . It is about Neoin , and Fournil de Maël et Gaël in Banyuls-sur-Mer.

A bakery from Perpignan will participate

Located on rue Pierre Rameil, in the Théâtre de l’Archipel area, the Neo bakery has been offering its creations since February 2022. The young brand, managed by Thomas Piveteau and Sandrine Caseta, stands out thanks to its breads made from natural leavens. Good to know: all the flours used are produced in the south of France.
