The triumph of trumpeter Romain Leleu, this Sunday afternoon, on the Cratère stage

It is film music which, this Sunday morning and evening, is in the spotlight on the Cratère stage with the presence of the Douai Région Hauts-de-France orchestra, under the direction of Manuel Doutrelant . Facing a vast audience, it is an orchestra that we are pleased to find in a popular repertoire, that of famous film music which is always in our memories

With guest soloist trumpeter Romain Leleu who shone with a thousand musical lights in the pages of Nino Rotta, Ennio Morricone, Charlie Chaplin and Leonard Bernstein. An anthology of themes supported by the sweet sounds of an expressive trumpet which knows how to speak to the heart and the soul. A real musical treat which pays tribute to the young generation of virtuoso trumpeters who, following the exceptional Alesian trumpeter Maurice André, have trained in the excellence of this instrument. Pleasure that I couldn’t take anymore.
