The festive snack at the Hôtel du Louvre imagined by Julien Delhome and Jade Genin.

The Louvre Hotel

A few steps from the Carrousel du Louvre, the Hôtel du Louvre offers tea time in its green bar, the Officine du Louvre, specially decorated for the holidays. Pastry chef Julien Delhome creates a gourmet menu: a club sandwich revisited in Mimosa style, a melting cookie with peanuts, caramel and chocolate, a Saint- with praline, almond and buckwheat, or even a flower tart with mango and coconut. This year, an exclusive piece completes the experience: Orféale, a creation by Jade Genin. Inspired by a rare flower, this chocolate sculpture combines 70% Honduran dark chocolate infused with za'atar with a crispy orange and hazelnut center, all enhanced with delicate gold leaf.
