“I would never have paid to be in the 9th row”: after buying tickets for a Florent Pagny concert, people end up with the wrong tickets

Following a computer bug on the L Productions website, several people paid for tickets to a Florent Pagny concert, without receiving their tickets. Some users finally obtained them, a week later, but found themselves downgraded.

Yesterday in our columns, we told you the story of Magali, resident of Montréjeau. The latter purchased, on December 11, 2024, tickets to attend Florent Pagny’s concert at the Zénith in in April 2026. But following a computer bug on the L Productions website, she never received her tickets. However, she was indeed charged 165 euros, and received a purchase confirmation*.

The production company quickly apologized by email, and told Magali that it would be contacted soon to obtain “the choice of a refund or the sending of new seats in the category you chose during your purchase”. The Haut-Garonnaise was very surprised when, without even having opted for one of the two solutions, she received tickets for the concert in her mailbox this Wednesday.

“It’s bullshit”

Problem: they do not correspond to the locations that the singer’s fan had initially chosen. “On the site, I reserved two seats in the first row, but there, they sent me places located in the ninth row, Magali is furious. I find myself downgraded, it’s bullshit. I’m 1, 50 meters, I would never have paid for those places.”

Several other people, throughout and for the singer’s concerts in , , , etc., are also concerned. A Facebook discussion was opened to organize and “win the case,” explains Magali. “I don’t want to give up, I want to have the places I paid for.” Contacted by La Dépêche, L Productions did not respond to our requests.
