Lorie was not always welcome in certain shows and felt contempt from certain artists. For “Télé 7 Jours”, the singer of “I will be (your best friend)” returned to this ostracism…
Lorie Pester will go on tour again next year with her Lorie Party, and it is already shaping up to be a triumph.
And at 42, Nina’s mother is delighted that the doors of certain shows are finally open to her. “For some time now, it’s true that the programmers of shows that we didn’t get before have been asking us,” she told “Télé 7 Jours”.
She emphasizes that for the show “Quotidien”, on TMC, “I had been trying to be invited for a while”, which was done in December of this year.
“I will also return to “Star Academy” on December 28,” the singer of “I Need Love” announces delightedly, who remembers: “During the first seasons, I often participated in the show. People even took me for a student, because I was sometimes younger than some of them!”
Star of the 2000s with a very young audience, Lorie had a little difficulty making her way in the media sphere when she returned to the forefront of the musical scene after a few years away to be an actress.
Even today, she had to face a lack of camaraderie from certain colleagues. “Certain artists, whose names I will not mention, refused to participate in my latest album,” she told the magazine.
Analyzing with humor a reflection from Mouloud Achour who considered it “cult but not out of date”, Lorie affirms: “In any case, we are always someone’s out of date”.
But Lorie Pester says she “doesn’t care” today. The young woman, who recounted her fight against endometriosis and the difficulty in having a child, has a shield against bad vibrations. “In the evening, I find my daughter,” says the happy mother of Nina, born from her relationship with music manager Yann Dernaucourt.
