The Manufacture is presenting a game exhibition “Twin It! Edition Japan” until December 21. Before becoming a game, “Twin It!” is first of all a graphic project whose first motif was drawn in 1993 by the illustrator, Tom Vuarchez who used to doodle, when he was on the phone, potato shapes in black and white. The designer released in 2012, a first playful color poster which met with great success. It took a few years before this project emerged from the box and “Twin it!” becomes a dynamic card game with several game modes under the leadership of a couple of authors, Nathalie and Rémi Saunier. In 2017, “Twin It!” then in 2021, it is the “Japan” version which highlights the Geek and traditional culture of the Land of the Rising Sun and which is full of hidden references. During this exhibition, you will also have the opportunity to play this world-famous game and discover a series of comics, mangas and novels dedicated to Japanese culture. And also to end the week:
Saturday December 14
– at 3 p.m.: A creative Christmas decoration workshop, upon registration (from 10 years old) led by Delphine Brière from Eco Débrouille. Manufacturing of zero waste and nature decorations
Please note: this year, La Manufacture will be closed from December 21. Reopening on January 2, 2025!
