Castelnaudary. Michèle Bonhomme-Fontecave signs her second novel

After a very successful first experience with her first novel “The Labyrinth of a Life” where Michèle Fontecave explored the various paths that a life sometimes offers and the consequences of the choices we make, a friend encouraged her to telling him that life and choices did not end at 50, the age of his first heroine. No matter, she decided to explore the before and after… If she is currently working after 50, she offers you today with her second work and her reflection on the current thirties , close to the age of some of her grandchildren, whom she sees wandering from what she thinks she experienced. “I notice that they are less ready to get involved, both on a personal and professional level: I therefore applied myself to thinking about this new way of living. One of the characters is of African origin because Africa appeals to me fascinates, and I experience it through those who come from there or who have been there: I write it as I see it through their stories. I also questioned what shapes us with our own internal differences… Each. life is a novel! I wanted the differences, misunderstandings can be strengths.” Michèle may deny it, her heroine Mickaële, alias Micka, carries a lot of her own story. This dynamic thirty-something works in the cultural sector in and seeks to understand her environment, questions others as much as her own feelings and reactions to move forward in life. If Micka’s story punctuates the novel, Michèle has the art of putting into words the small details of life, through the meetings, the movements of her heroine, we delight in her way of describing the details of life ..
