The Autan des Villages association and its president Arlette Rouch announce the organization of an Advent concert called Nadalet (little Christmas) this Sunday, December 1 at 3:30 p.m. in the Lagardaise church. On the program is stage local Jean-Marc Espitalier, who will open the harmonies of this Sunday afternoon with Christmas tunes to the carillon of 19 bells.
The repertoire will subsequently be enriched with the performance of the “Chœur de la Houlette” from Molandier (11). The 40 Aude choristers, under the baton of choirmaster Frédéric Lautré and pianist Stéphanie Brunel, will perform an anthology of sacred, popular, baroque and world songs.
The Toulouse string quartet “Soranito” will add its mastery to the excellence of this concert. Thomas Bertin (violin), Soufian Dalphinet (violin), Nicolas Massot (viola) and Raphaëlle Collin (cello), chamber music lovers, will offer a melodic stroll ranging from classical to modern, including world and film music.
For this musical evening under the sign of Christmas in the grounds of a previously heated Saint-Rémi church, entry will be free and a snack with hot chocolate will be offered at the end of the concert to the choristers, the musicians and the public in the village hall.
