This time by the court of appeal since the 59-year-old host had appealed his sentence on December 5, 2022 to one year in prison with registration in the automated judicial file of perpetrators of sexual offenses (Fijais) in this case of multiple requests for sexts sent to three minors aged 15 and 16, contacted via social networks.
But it was not the first visit of the week to the Paris courthouse for Jean-Marc Morandini. This Tuesday, after two days of hearing, the attorney general requested an aggravation of the sentence. He requested 18 months of probation, a 20,000 euro fine for Jean-Marc Morandini and a 50,000 euro fine for his production company. The judgment will be delivered on January 27.
