On the international scene, the United States has, like France, around a hundred establishments in the Top 1000. Le Bernardin in New York and Single Thread in Northern California share the top spot. Japan remains the most represented country in the ranking with 126 restaurants in the Top 1000, followed by the United States with 114 restaurants, France with 111 addresses and China with 109.
