This concern for precision is stronger than her: “I have a taste for accuracy. Because for me, approximation is a source of conflict: if I am imprecise, I am misunderstood. A vision of things that she shares with her heroine, Iris: “We are quite close, in fact. Like her, I need the truth: not saying what you think prevents you from thinking, moving forward, sharing, rising and growing. We too often tend to confuse disagreement with conflict, which means we are ready to say anything in order not to put ourselves at odds and cause a clash.
However, verbalizing what we feel does not necessarily imply a fight but can open a discussion, and, on occasion, can even change opinions!
Well, despite everything, I filter my words a little more than Iris does. If I have things to express, I still weigh the pros and cons and, if necessary, I hold them back… but it’s very frustrating. So what I keep silent, well I make her say it: she is a bit of a fantasy of the one I would like to allow myself to be!”
This desire to “be busy” is stronger than her. Writing, preparing a role, playing the guitar and piano “even if I’m really not good”, drinking coffee with a friend, cooking, tinkering… “I was a waitress and I liked it: when I I’m in the concrete, I’m not thinking about existential things,” she laughs. Before specifying: “At the same time, I am super lazy and I can very well wallow in an armchair without doing anything!” Following his news on “soleil beaufix”, we doubt it.
