Resale and exchanges of places
Flers Agglo does not refund tickets sold.
Ticket owners who experience an unforeseen event can resell their ticket(s) on the TicketSwap platform.
The sales price is set by the seller and the platform limits the margin to 5% maximum. Transactions are secure.
The implementation of this service is intended to offer a secure resale solution, to limit the “no-show” rate and to fight against the black market. The transformation of tickets in conjunction with the ticketing operator Weezevent also helps avoid suspicion of fraud during access control, thus facilitating the work of the reception and security teams.
