“Smothering with one hand”, the American rapper overwhelmed by a new complaint for sexual assault

Kanye West is making headlines in the American press but not for the right reasons. After P. Diddy, this other American rap star is burdened by new accusations of sexual assault. This Saturday, November 23, 2024, our colleagues at NBC revealed the complaint filed with the police by a model who allegedly collaborated with the man who is now called Ye for the purposes of a filming. According to the words of the complainant, Jenifer An, the alleged facts occurred in 2010, within the grounds of the Chelsea Hotel, an address located in New York.

The complaint shared by our colleagues details the authoritarian behavior of the American singer. “More specifically, he ordered the actresses and models, including the plaintiff, to line up in the hallway. He assessed their appearance, pointed to two of the women, then ordered them to follow him,” details the complainant.

It was then that the model would have been the victim of the rapper’s violence. This explains that Kanye West “started choking him with one hand. He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands.. The model explains that things didn’t stop there.

This is not the first time that the artist has sparked controversy. For the moment, Kanye West is not the subject of an indictment for the alleged facts which overwhelm Jennifer An. It remains to be seen whether the New York police follow up on this new complaint.
