A Demanding (Ille-et-Vilaine), it has already been four years since François and Gildas Guilloux have opened the old sixteenth century manor and its annexes to event rental, whether for weddings, family celebrations, seminars or business meetings.
In 2019, the two Guilloux brothers acquired the Neuville estate around the manor of the same name, of which we find the first written traces in 1429.
Here, south of Domagné, they intend to continue to develop their numerous reception, catering and accommodation activities.
Seventeen providers
Thus, for the second time in a row, they are organizing a wedding salon this Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Neuville estate. They are assisted in this activity by Zoé Gilard, development manager: “The first edition was a success, even if we did not communicate much. »
This year, seventeen service providers will be present, representing as many professions around marriage.
“Caterer, wedding planner, makeup artist, decorator, photographer, for each profession we invited a service provider, to avoid competition. Newlyweds planning to get married here, or elsewhere, can imagine their entire day, turnkey and in an appropriate setting. »
Guided tours
The event is not only aimed at future brides and grooms. The curious can take the opportunity to visit the estate.
“All day long, we offer guided tours of the manor and the estate, open to all,” add the organizers, also stressing that beyond weddings, they also wish to develop the reception of businesses at the Neuville estate.
