The Moroccan stringed instrument popular music « Loutar » will again be in the spotlight next Saturday in Benslimane during an artistic evening organized as part of the 12th edition of the Loutar National Festival.
Organized at the Benslimane Cultural Center from 6:30 p.m., this evening will see the participation of popular song groups “Yassine Ziani”, « Lbhalla Ellouz », “Lbhalla Elmir” et « Mounir Elbahlouli »who will join, at the end of their performance, in a collective musical interpretation on Loutar’s instrument.
During the evening, actor Abdelghani Sannak will also perform with an artistic work that he calls: “Joy… Homeland”.
This 12th edition of the Loutar National Festival is organized on the occasion of the anniversary of Independence Day and the Glorious Green March by the Deep Morocco Association for the Preservation of Heritage, in partnership with the ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication -Department of Culture- and the Casablanca-Settat Region, according to a press release from the Association.
This festival contributes to the preservation of the national intangible cultural and artistic heritage.
