Several stars and personalities from the Quebec cinema world walked the red carpet for the premiere of the family film Miss Bottine, Monday evening, at Place des Arts.
Directed by Yan Lanouette Turgeon from a screenplay by Dominic James (Firm coconut), this rereading of André Melançon’s classic Bach and Bottine stars Antoine Bertrand as an opera composer lacking inspiration who is forced to take in his niece (Marguerite Laurence), a rebellious and eccentric orphan whose best friend is a skunk.
Miss Bottine will be on display throughout Quebec on November 29.
