A little less than two months after revealing its program, Polaris lifts the veil on its OFF festival which takes place “in parallel with the main event”. The festival promises “two weekends (November 22-23 and 29-30, 2024) of new music and free events in Verbier” (VS).
As a free headliner, we note the arrival of DJ Koco aka Shimokita. He is “renowned for his energetic sets and his mastery of vinyl mixing, which offers an extraordinary musical experience,” recalls Polaris in its press release. The Japanese will perform at the start of the day for a warm-up lunch before the opening of the Dome. This special session will be held at Le Rouge.
Polaris OFF evenings will also take place from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. at Farinet and the Farm Club. The following various “renowned electronic artists” will perform there: Deetron, Moxie, Ryan Elliott, Manoo, Marlie, and Guillaume de Kadebostany (DJ set). This program is further supplemented by a selection of local artists including Zurich-based 2M and Nyon-based Alzing.
