Saturday December 7, at 8:30 p.m. the CCAS of Pontacq is offering a Ciné-Débat evening with the screening of the film “Et si on osait…” at the Théâtre de la Mairie with Plein gaz collectiv’. This is the story of a somewhat “crazy” project: the recording of a new version of “Bella Ciao”. At the heart of the project, the Center Hospitalier des Pyrénées. The aim was to offer all volunteers attending the CHP (patients, health professionals, administrative staff, mechanics, gardeners, children, adolescents, etc.) a place in the video clip.

Rehearsals were organized, a choir of 45 people was created, and a total of 179 people took part in this great adventure. The project was also open to professional artists (Musicians who are members of Funky Style Brass from , Cartoon Machine from , Palmire Lazzaro from , etc.) and young students from the Camino de . Each participant was recorded in their workplace for professionals and in atypical places for others (at the old port of Marseille, at the Milk stables in Servian, at the Pavillon des arts in Pau, at the winter sports resort d’Artouste…).

Projects around music

The team followed all the protagonists throughout this adventure, which made it possible to produce a 50-minute documentary retracing this magnificent adventure. Participation is free “in the hat”. Plein gaz collective is made up of artists, technicians and volunteers from different backgrounds with the aim of creating projects around music.

Whether live, audio recording, video filming (documentaries, clips), the collective is there to compose with you, accompany you, support you, help you, advise you, train you… “Drawing on its experiences , whether in penitentiary centers, schools, psychiatric hospitals, middle schools, high schools, it is with great enthusiasm that we like to work with a varied audience”, underlines the collective, continuing “we mix professionals of our collective with everyday life actors to create unique projects by getting the best out of each participant. The desire is one of our main driving forces. to surpass, to have a good time, while setting a real goal of recording, filming and/or live.”
