The most kawaii Indian brunch in Paris by Baranaan and Pingwoo Paris 10th

Would you like an Indian brunch that’s as tasty as it is cute? The Baranaan and Pingwoo restaurants are teaming up to offer us a new Indian brunch that will take your taste buds on a journey. Head to the 10th arrondissement of Paris to combine spices and fusion cuisine with delicious 3D cat lattes. We tried it and had a blast!

A Indian brunchthis is already not very common, but which offers as a bonus slat art cat in 3D what’s more, we obviously fall for it! Nothing predisposed Baranaan And Pingwoo to combine their kitchens, if not their two neighboring counters at Boom Boom Villette. The flow passed, the idea germinated and together they are proposing a new fusion brunchrich in spices, to discover at Baranaan Paris 10thevery day Thursday to Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m..

If you don’t know Baranaan, it’s a restaurant that combines Indian street food and a cocktail bar. Like a speakeasy that looks like a train in which Indian landscapes pass by, all to a background of Bollywood music, this is an original setting for a unusual brunch.

The menu, the brunch menu:

The idea here is not to offer classic dishes as much as you can, but rather a sweet and savory menu where the essentials of brunch are revisited with Indian sauce. Thus, the eggs Benedict are revealed with very soft Indian Pao bread, a mild curry sauce and a salad with tangy Indian vinaigrette that we love.

L’avocado toast turns into Avocadonaan cooked in the tandoor with a poached egg, curried avocado cream, pomegranates and papadum chips to garnish it all. We fall for it on our side Naandish Butter Chicken with ultra-soft chicken on a bed of naan with red cabbage pickles, ginger and yogurt sauce.

To accompany these dishes which are quite generous, we opt for the tired, the famous Indian drinks which are similar to milkshakes. For us, it is pink very soft and mango with cat option, obviously.

As for dessert, let yourself be tempted by the Indian pancakes with fruit, whipped cream and kulfi ice cream, rich and creamy Indian ice cream, which is homemade here. If the most gourmands will let themselves be tempted by the decadent Chocolate fondue where we come to dip pieces of naan, the gourmands that we are, choose it Pao PerduIndian-style French toast with the famous homemade ice cream, pistachio or mango.

For hot drinks, we opt for the Macha Latte PistachioTHE Chai latte as well as hot chocolate. Note that they have specialty coffee, numerous lattes of all kinds and to pair with cow’s milk or a whole range of plant-based milks. The whole family of little cats comes to visit us, we adopted them all!

So what if we made each other original Indian brunch ?
