Two young women joined forces to take over the castle restaurant in The Hague (Channel). At the origin of this recovery, it is a discussion between Audrey Vaudreville and Noëmie Goubert, two cousinseager to change their future in realizing a common dream.

Audrey is originally from Lessay, where she grew up in the Rond-Point restaurant, led by parents. Logically, she followed studies in hotel and catering in Granville, for obtain a BEP then a Bac pro.

Years of experience

During her studies, she worked intermittently at the Hermitage restaurant in Carteret. Then she started his professional career at the Haytillon restaurant Le Commerce, then spent three years at Le Relais in Angoville-sur-Ay. After an economic dismissalshe worked for two years at PMU Haytillon.

Noëmie, who is originally from Saint-Martin-le-Hébert, with a Baccalaureate in commerce followed by a CQP (professional qualification contract), now has around twenty years of experience in all positions in the hotel industry. and catering (including commerce in The Hague).

Two complementary women

Friendly, pleasant and competentrestaurateurs reserve a warm welcomeof the morning coffee, et offer a lunchtime service with a formula at €15.80 (starter, main course, dessert) or à la carte (with, among other things, the house burger or fish and chips)…

There is always on the menu meats (braised ham, black pudding, andouillette, petit savory, turkey escalope). At the buffet, there is the entries (mixed salads, raw vegetables, cold meats) and homemade desserts (floating island, panna cotta, chocolate mousse).
