Legacy of Alain Delon: tongues loosen over Alain-Fabien and Anthony “the two boys have…”

What legacy did Alain Delon leave beyond a legendary filmography? An article published by the magazine Capital in August 2024, the actor's daughter, Anouchka would receive (or have already received) 50% of the fortune of his father estimated in total at 150 million euros. His brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabienwould have inherited each ofa 25% sharewhich they would not have contested.

However, a fratricidal war continues to pit Alain Delon's children against each other. The actor's only daughter has also arranged to meet her older brothers in court in 2025. The latter are accused by their sister of“breach of privacy”. The complaint made following the broadcast of a private conversation between Anouchka and her father in Douchy on Instagram last January.

Legacy of Alain Delon: a predictable war?

According to Bernard Violet, this legal battle is not surprising. “Alain Delon had very strong ideas about the education of children. We can say that his two boys suffered quite a bit during their childhoodexplains the biographer in an exclusive interview granted to
Parisian as part of the promotion of his new book, The last Delon mysteriespublished by Robert Laffont this Thursday, November 14.

The star of Cheetah would have for example assigned his eldest son “in court for commercial mattersaccusing him, among other things, of his association with sulphurous characters…”. “Which is not lacking when you know the star's friendships with notorious gangsters. But Delon was like this: 'Do as I say, not as I do'”comments Bernard Violet. According to him, the actor would have “missed his inheritance” et “burst” his family by giving the advantage to his only daughter.

Legacy of Alain Delon: how could the actor favor Anouchka?

“My sister [Anouchka] she has 50% of my father's entire fortune. Besides [Alain-Fabien] and I have what we call the reserve share, that is to say 25% [chacun]. It's done, it's over.”insisted Anthony Delon at the start of the year, as reported in an article in The Republican East. The patriarch of the Delon clan had in fact planned everything before disappearing.

The actor was able to favor his daughter
unique by naming it executor five years before her death. French law more specifically obliged him to distribute three quarters of his assets “at least, up to 25% [de] each [de ses enfants]”explains the daily. “There then remained 25%, a part called the available portion. This part could be freely allocated to a person of their choice… including one of their children”specify our colleagues.
