Kad Merad wants to add breeding to his CV. The actor spoke about his ambitions with his second home during his appearance on the Canal + show En aparté.
Kad Merad expressed the wish to get into breeding. The 60-year-old actor, currently starring in Claude Lelouch’s latest film entitled Finally, shared some secrets during his appearance on the show En aparté on Canal +.
The feature film, which was released in cinemas this Wednesday, was filmed in Burgundy, more precisely in the department of Saône-et-Loire where Kad Merad has a country house with his partner Julie Vignali. Several weeks earlier, the National Federation of Farmers’ Unions (FNSEA) had indicated on their Facebook page that the actor was considering installing a flock of sheep on his property.
Asked about this in the show, he confirmed this new initiative. “I want to do breeding. I prepare, I take my time, I find out a lot from real operators, real breeders, before doing anything. Because I assure you: it’s a beautiful world,” said Kad Merad.
Just like her partner, Julia Vignali did not hide her love for the region during an interview with Gala. “I saw that it was accessible from Paris, by TGV, in just an hour and twenty minutes. “It’s ideal because I didn’t want the stress of long car journeys,” she explained.
The host of Best Pastry Chef also spoke about the renovations of the home which were substantial but which she enjoyed carrying out.
